We ship cannabis seeds to private customers within the EU and since recently also to the USA. Free Shipping applies for orders over €100.

If you have a complaint regarding your order, please contact us via email - customerservice@paradise-seeds.com.
We will need your order details (please make sure that you include your order number) and we may ask for other proof in regards to your complaint, such as packaging and product images.

You can make a payment as a “guest”, or you can make an account.
If you choose to pay as a guest, fill in the necessary details.These details will not be saved from the Paradise Seeds end.
- If you choose to make an account, your personal details will be saved to make it easy for future orders.
- For a follow on order, you simply need to login and your customer details will appear.
- You can log into your account to change details yourself if necessary.
- Your details will not be given to third parties, and will only be used for your order at Paradise Seeds.

Yes, we guarantee delivery (on orders within the EU + UK ).
If a parcel gets lost, Paradise Seeds will replace the parcel.

You can buy Paradise Seeds directly here on our website. Alternatively you can buy from one of your local Head and Grow stores. Some might have our varieties, if not feel free to buy them online from any reputable source like amsterdamseedcenter, alchimia or zamnesia.

The shipping costs are visible in the shopping cart and depends on the country and chosen shipment method. It ranges between 8 and 16 euro.
Free shipping:
- Shipment within the Netherlands is free
- Shipment from €100 within the EU is free

Your order will be sent in a Letter Box that fits trough the standard mailbox. You don't have to stay at home to receive the package. There's no description on the box saying it's from Paradise Seeds or containing visible marks that it contains Cannabis Seeds. - It is Discreet
