Firstly, be patient and give them a bit of time. Seeds are a product of nature and so we cannot accurately predict exactly how long they will take to germinate. Sometimes germination simply takes longer (2 – 5 days). This can be due to many factors, but common issues are seeds drying out (is your medium moist enough), seeds drowning (too much water on your medium) and temperature fluctuation (is your growing medium ie tissue paper or glass of water too cold?). This is a common problem when starting seeds off in Spring.
If these are not the issue, then please send an email to [email protected] together with order number (if there is one), a purchase receipt, a photo of the packaging and a photo of the ungerminated seed(s).
