After you have made a choice and have put one or more products in the shopping basket, please check if your order is correct. Then you can click the “proceed to check-out” button to continue and pay your order.
The total sum includes tax, no extra costs will be added, except shipping costs.
You can choose between two options:
- regular mail (€ 5)
- registered mail within Europe € 11, - (guaranteed delivery)
- registered mail outside Europe € 16, - (no guaranteed delivery)
We advice you to choose registered mail. In this case you will have proof that we have actually send the parcel to you. The registration number of the parcel is used to trace a parcel in case it gets lost, which happens rarely.
We will send seeds in the whole of Europe. Some countries outside Europe are excluded. We do not send seeds to the USA. Please contact us by email in case of doubt, to check if we will send seeds to your country. Paradise Seeds reserves the right to refuse shipments abroad without notification of reason.
During the ordering process you can type in the delivery address. If you wish this can be another address then the invoice address.
After payment is received, you will receive an email that your your order will be shipped to you.
In Europe it takes a few days by post to deliver. Outside Europe, it may take a bit longer, depending on the postal service in your country.
Your order will be sent in a discreet envelope. Senders name is Paradise Products B.V. If you prefer to have the seeds send differently, let us know.
We guarantee delivery only on orders within Europe that have been send with registered mail. If a parcel gets lost, Paradise Seeds will replace the parcel.
We cannot guarantee delivery outside Europe, even if it is send with registered mail, nor give money charge back. On orders outside of Europe you have to accept full responsibility for your order and accept that Paradise Seeds cannot be held responsible for missing items.
Your personal details and privacy
You can make payment as a “guest”, or you can make an account.
If you choose to pay as a guest, fill in the neccesary details. These details will not be saved.
If you choose to make an account, personal details will be saved. This will make it easy for future orders, you simply login and all the details appear. You can log into your account to change details yourself if neccesary. Your details will not be given to others, and will only be used for your order at Paradise Seeds.
With Paradise Seeds you can pay secure online through iDeal, VISA/MasterCard and Bank Transfer. All these payments are handled by our payment providers.
Credit Cards are accepted for a selected list of countries, these must be 3DSecure enabled, more info from VISA and MasterCard on 3DS.
If you choose to make payment by banktransfer, you will be transferred to our payment provider Pay.nl
